A passion to see individuals restored to relational and emotional well-being, Lisa Orimoto has worked as a clinical psychologist in private practice since 1998.
She obtained her Masters of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Clinical Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Dr. Orimoto has also taught graduate level courses at UH in the psychology and social work departments. She has worked on various research projects and publications, has done presentations at local and national conventions, and was awarded a research grant as a minority fellow with the National Institute of Mental Health.
Dr. Orimoto’s expanding practice to include Life Planning
and Birkman Coaching. The skills she brings to bCause include a strong background in research and evaluation, an understanding of human behavior with experience in individual and group assessment and change, coaching, and strategic planning.
